Executive Team


Judith A. Speight -
Owner and Chief Executive Officer

Ms. Speight brings more than thirty years of real estate property management experience to her role as CEO; Ms. Speight is responsible for the firm’s strategic planning while overseeing the development of the Corporations' policies and procedures.

Ms. Speight oversees all aspects of the administrative and physical management of the Hudson North portfolio. In addition to managing three of Hudson North's premier properties, herself, she interacts daily with Board Presidents and acts as a consultant on special projects. She is personally involved in the transition of newly acquired properties insuring the smooth transfer of all finances and records. Her philosophy of “hands-on property management” is well known and respected in the industry and by the clients served by Hudson North.

Ms. Speight participates in a number of industry associations, including the National Association of Home Builder; the New York Association of Realty Managers (NYARM); the Cooperative and Condominium Advisory Council; the Builders Institute; the New York State Association of Realtors Inc. and the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers (NBCCAM).

She is a licensed Real Estate Broker, and holds the industry designations of Registered Apartment Manager (RAM) and Certified Manager of Community Association (CMCA).

Ms. Speight attended the University of Northern Arizona and has completed continuing education courses at the American Association of Management in Washington, DC and Fordham University.

Ms. Speight’s career involves a variety of exceptional property management experiences in Westchester County, including fifteen years with Ginsburg Development Corp, one of Westchester’s largest development companies, as the Director of Property Management.

In 1990 she founded the Westchester Division of Akam Associates with Mr. Leslie Kaminoff of Akam Associates of New York City. The company transitioned to Hudson River Property Management in 2001, which then became Hudson North Management. Ms. Speight is currently it's Owner and CEO. 


Linda C. Casella - Vice President / Finance

Mrs. Casella is a seasoned professional with specific expertise in all areas of residential property financial analysis and planning, accounting and finance staff supervision, and finance-related reportage and communication.

Prior to joining Hudson North Management, Mrs. Casella was the Controller of a very large Housing Corporation in the Bronx for over 24 years.  Mrs. Casella personally oversaw the financial management of more than 48 properties while simultaneously directing Accounting Department personnel and interfacing regularly with property Boards, Treasurers, CPA's, auditors and bookkeepers.

In addition to formidable financial management, human resources, and communications experience, Mrs. Casella is highly adept at creating, presenting, and/or administering financial reports, finance-related task protocols, and Accounting and Finance Department quality assurance instruments to ensure the fiscal stability of each property under her purview.  Mrs. Casella holds a degree in Business Administration with a major in Public Accounting and is proficient in a variety of industry related finance programs.


The Management Team 

Hudson North Management has, over the years, assembled an exceptionally experienced and qualified management team Our staff provides superior, quality management to our clients. All of our property managers have a minimum of 10 years of residential real estate management experience (some of our managers, over 30 years). Each manager has an assistant who has a minimum of 5 years of comparable experience. Managers and their assistants are supported by a skilled and dedicated accounting and unit sales processing staff.

Our role is to provide you with timely, accurate information in order to enable Boards to make informed decisions. The promotion of effective communication and prompt response to Board and resident requests are the keys to our successful management program. We provide the benefit of our experience and advise our clients, appropriately, on all matters relating to the proper administration of your valuable asset.
